The Vibini. Process
Every step affects what reaches you.
What changes
Fresh product continues to change after it is sourced
The Care we take
How it is received, sorted, stored, packed and transported influences the condition in which it finally reaches you.
Attention to details
At Vibini, each stage is handled with attention to the produce and what it needs
Sourcing
It begins with the right source.
Vibini sources fruits through growers, suppliers and produce networks across India and international markets. Our selection brings together Indian favourites, imported fruits, berries, exotic varieties and frozen products.
Sorting & Grading
Every batch is checked before it moves forward.
Once produce reaches Vibini, it is manually sorted and graded.
The current process considers factors such as size, colour, weight and visible condition. This helps the team understand each batch before deciding how it should move into storage, packing or dispatch.
The aim is not to make every fruit look identical. Natural produce varies.
The purpose is to identify its condition and handle it accordingly.
Storage
Fruit continues to change after sourcing, and temperature plays an important role in how quickly that happens.
Vibini uses its Pack Haus and Solar powered Cold Haus to support produce storage before packing and dispatch.
Cold storage does not stop nature or make fruit permanent. It helps manage the time between sourcing and delivery more responsibly.
Packing & Delivery
Once produce is ready for dispatch, it is packed with attention to its condition and the journey it needs to make. Vibini delivers across Pune through its distribution network, with CNG reefer vehicles supporting the movement of delicate and temperature-sensitive produce.
Depending on the product, order and location, deliveries may be arranged as same-day, next-day or scheduled.
The aim is simple: the care given during sorting and storage should continue through the final movement to the customer.
