Return & Refund Policy
At Vibini Farms, we are committed to delivering fresh, quality fruits and vegetables to your doorstep. As our products are fresh and perishable, returns are handled differently from non-perishable products.
Damaged, Spoiled or Poor-Quality Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, rotten, overripe, or otherwise not fit for consumption, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the affected product(s) so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. Depending on the nature of the issue, Vibini Farms may provide a replacement or refund for the affected product.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, we generally do not accept returns of fresh produce once delivered, except where the product is damaged, spoiled, defective, or does not match the product ordered. Products must not be returned without prior approval from Vibini Farms.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed against the affected product or order, as applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway and banking timelines.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for delivery. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any applicable refund for an approved cancellation will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
Fresh fruits, vegetables and other perishable products are not eligible for return simply due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.
