Passion Fruit

Passion fruit is not subtle. The wrinkled exterior hides a golden, seed-filled interior bursting with tart-sweet juice and a fragrance that makes every dish it touches more interesting. Use it over yoghurt, squeeze it into a drink, or eat it straight with a spoon.
